Who is the Elite?
The Elite is a specially organized branch of law enforcement, formed through the efforts of local law enforcement and the FBI. Our headquarters is located in the basement of Thomas J. Yates Inc., based in southern Nevada. Thomas J. Yates Inc. is a heavy machinery manufacturing business, that provided cover for our corporation before we were discovered, and now serves as our public base.

Our Purpose
We are driven to relieve criminal offenses that go unseen or uncared for by other law enforcement, due lack of resources, or simple negligence. While under the umbrella and guidance of local law enforcement, we run as a separate entity with our own structure and guidelines. Some agents are also private investigators, following two routes of law enforcement.

History of TJY and the Elite

In an effort to revive a buried case against the Agency, Casey Stevenson began work to establish his own base of investigators. Working underground for years, Casey began to build up his staff of men and women, also dedicated to his cause. Changing his name to avoid misunderstandings of the past, Casey, now Tom Carter, began a series of events to lure the Agency into the open, including establishing a temporary child adoption agency. Though closing within a couple years, it gave Carter's corporation the opportunity it needed to see the Agency was still active.

Needing more space to work, but staying away from local law enforcement, Carter formed a relationship with Thomas J. Yates Inc, making a deal with the owner to dig out and build a basement to be used as the TJY headquarters. With a growing staff, and private investigators on the side, TJY went into full swing, working hard on many different cases. The jobs continued to increase until focus on the Agency was put on the back burner, though it remained as an open case.

Over twelve years later as more risks were taken and an agent was wrongly accused, the decision was made to go into the open. Though this was a great risk in itself, local law enforcement protected them and helped them become the Elite.

The Agency

The Agency is the enemy we seek to take down. It has infiltrated the system on all levels, from innocent civilians, to law enforcement itself. No one knows where they are or when they will strike next. Though some bases have been discovered, where the true headquarters lies is unknown, even by their own agents.

The Agency's purpose, as far as we have discovered, is to disrupt the lives of chosen individuals as they are followed and observed. Information gathered has revealed that their leader is Dr. Medridge, who is the mastermind of all their actions.

While the Elite remains focused on cases locally amongst civilians and other law enforcements, the case against the Agency remains open and active.

Outside the US

The Elite headquarters is located in southern Nevada, with bases throughout the United States. Growing beyond country bounds, bases have also been established in Canada, England and Australia.

While most cases keep us inside the United States, if called, we are prepared to travel out of country.

Services of defense will be negotiated and acted upon legally and appropriately according to legal proceedings and binding contracts.

When to Call

The Elite is established as a part of, but not restricted to, other law enforcing organizations. We reserve the right to intervene where negligence occurs, regarding the innocent.
